First sporting success? Making the Scotland u16’s team to play in Hamburg (Germany) at the European ‘A’ division tournament.
Finest sporting moment? Walking out in front of thousands of people at the Delhi Commonwealth Games 2010. To play against India on their home pitch. The place was full of Indian supporters who where all going wild.
Your tip for the top: Never stop trying, when you get setbacks use it to make you a stronger Athlete/person.
First international / ‘big time’ call-up: Celtic Cup in LeTouquet, France 2006 against Wales and we won the Tournament.
How do you feel when you know you are representing your team / country? It’s incredible i live for every game. Playing for your country is very special not many people can say they have achieved something like that.
How and why did you get involved in your sport? My mum played when I was very young, so it was natural that I got involved in Hockey as well.
What is your favourite moment in the history of sport? When Manchester United beat Bayern Munich in the Champions League final. It showed there never give up attitude right to the end of the game.
Who has been the biggest influence on your sporting career? My Mum.
Any family connections to sport? My mum Played Hockey for England, She was at the Munich Olympics. My Sister also plays hockey for Scotland at the moment.
Who has been your toughest opponent and why? Australia, they were really well organised and so fast at attacking and all round great hockey players. I look at them and try to copy what they do while adding my own attributes to my game.

What is your biggest passion away from sport? Relaxing, chilling out with friends.
Favourite sport(s) other than your own? Rugby, Football, American Football.
Top tips to relax? Hang out with friends, keep busy which will take your mind of everything.
What is your ultimate ambition? To make Olympics.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years’ time? Still enjoying playing hockey and possibly a coaching role of some sort.
