How do you feel when you know you are representing your team / country? I like competing for both and always train hard and give 100% on the day

How and why did you get involved in your sport? My coach worked with my dad and I was helping my dad one Saturday at his work and my coach asked me to come along  

What is your favourite moment in the history of sport? Liverpool v AC Milan Champions League final 2005

Who has been the biggest influence on your sporting career? My coach and family

Any family connections to sport? No

Who has been your toughest opponent and why? Not got a toughest opponent I don’t focus on my opponents I focus on myself!

Who would you most like to meet? Usain Bolt

What is your most prized possession? My Commonwealth Games silver medal

What is your biggest passion away from sport? Learning the bagpipes

Favourite sport(s) other than your own? Football + Rugby

Top tips to relax? Playing my chanter and going walks with my dog relax me!

What is your ultimate ambition? To go to the Olympics
