How do you feel when you know you are representing your team / country? Playing for Scotland fills me with so much pride and it is the greatest honour to represent your country at anything.
How and why did you get involved in your sport? I first started playing at school but really started to enjoy it when I played for my first club.
What is your favourite moment in the history of sport? It will be when the Scotland hockey team medal in 2014.
Who has been the biggest influence on your sporting career? My Mum and Dad. Without their help I wouldn’t be where I am today.
Any family connections to sport? Father was a Track and Field athlete and brother a rugby player.
Who has been your toughest opponent and why? The Dutch, they are just so good.

What is your most prized possession? My hockey medals and my Ipod.
What is your biggest passion away from sport? My family and my dog.
Favourite sport(s) other than your own? I’ll watch any sport that’s on but I especially like watching football.
Top tips to relax? A duvet, DVD and a cup of tea-perfect!
What is your ultimate ambition? To medal in Glasgow at the Commonwealth Games in 2014.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years’ time? Still playing hockey. Hopefully teaching as well.
